Phase 1: Navigating to Password Settings

1. On the terminal's home screen, locate and open the TSYS Sierra app.

2. Tap on Func (Function) to open the app's main menu.

   

3. Select Settings.

4. Navigate to Merchant Settings.

   

5. Tap on Operator Password.

   

Phase 2: Updating Your Password

1. When prompted for the old password, enter Today's Date in an MMDDYYYY format (For example, if today is July 10, 2026, enter 07102026).

   

2. Enter your new, custom password using the keypad.

3. Confirm and save your new password.
